I hit the red wine/flat line/but I’m fine/my eyes are wide open/but I’m on the edge of love…
Following an eventful summer – which included a main stage performance at Lovebox festival and a headline slot at The Great Escape – Ivy & Gold have returned to the studio to record a bunch of new material, including this latest single, ‘Red Wine’.

‘Red Wine’ is the first fully self-produced track by the duo, AKA Rachel Wilkinson and Jamie Davies, and marks a shift in sound from all previous material co-produced by Sigala.
Davies explored electronic sounds by producers such as Diplo, Alex da Kid, Joel Little and Max Martin, before applying his knowhow to classic pop song writing; resulting in ‘Red Wine’ being laced with switches in pitch, tempo and melody, bound up with Eastern top notes and Wilkinson’s smoky vocals dancing about the beat.
Ivy & Gold will return to Hoxton Square Bar & Kitchen to headline Gold Dust on November 24th – the duo’s only London show of the year.
‘Red Wine’ is set for release on November 13th.
