Ex-Tribes frontman Johnny Lloyd has just debuted new single ‘Pilgrims’, ahead of the release of his new solo EP, ‘Dreamland’, on June 10th via Xtra Mile Recordings.

Produced by The Maccabees’ Hugo White and mixed by Cenzo Townshend (The Maccabees, Florence, U2, Friendly Fires) the track grooves through shimmering guitar melodies, contrasted by Lloyd’s melancholic, emotive vocals.

Having played recent support shows with the likes of Jamie T, Mystery Jets, The Maccabees and Black Honey, Lloyd is set for a busy summer with a lengthy string of UK dates lined up, including a show with Band Of Skulls at Electric Ballroom this Thursday and a slot The Great Escape on Saturday.

The new video for ‘Pilgrims’ featuring Douglas Booth is premiering on Vevo May 24th. The 4-track Dreamland EP is out on 10th June via Xtra Mile Recordings, pre-order HERE and receive the track ‘Hello Death’ instantly.
