This Friday, sees the release of ‘Itch’, the debut single by Copenhagen’s Juju Bell.
Lyrically, the track describes the frustration that arises if you haven’t been true to yourself, your urges and your dreams; “The track was written in a time when I felt a deep frustration over certain things in my life. With the track I wish to capture the pent-up emotions of ferocity I felt back then. To me, the nature of the sound was actually not important, as long as I could capture the feelings of ferocity and frustration,” explains the artist.
‘Itch’ is accompanied by a psychedelic video by Danish visual artist, Maria Amtoft, and is set for release on June 17th.
