Sunday: Today I can take some time off to visit my favourite spots in the city. I started with a visit to the Conservatory in the Barbican Centre, because nature really helps me to switch off and relax. I then went to my favourite gallery, the Saatchi, to see what’s new there. I finished my day in Brick Lane walking around and having some delicious food from the market.
