Happyness are set to join The Dandy Warhols on their European tour this Friday, and have revealed ‘SB’s Truck’ ahead of their second album via Moshi Moshi/PIAS.

‘SB’s Truck’ is the first taste of new music from the band since the release of their acclaimed debut album, Weird Little Birthday, in 2014. In their own words, the track “has something to do with [the late, famed, 80s wrestler and actor] André The Giant as a teenager having to be taken to school in Samuel Beckett‘s truck because he couldn’t fit in his dad’s car.”

As for touring with The Dandy Warhols; “We’re bringing a friend of ours along to play some of the parts that we can’t play with just three people. We’ll be playing a few songs from the first record that we haven’t been able to play before, and some of the same songs a little different to how people have heard them, and some new ones. So we’re going backwards and forwards in time, and we’re excited to do it. And our friend’s name is Paul. And thanks to The Dandy Warhols for having us on tour with them!”
