SUNS Unleash New Track: Catalyse

Following the release of their We Were Kings EP last October, SUNS have returned with a sparkling new pop song that harks back to the day it all began.

New single, ‘Catalyse’ – written and produced by SUNS, mixed by SUNS with Neil Comber, and mastered by Mandy Parnell – skillfully straddles the gap between alt-pop and electronic music, featuring effortless, soaring vocals and SUNS’ distinct production style. Utilising traditional electronic sounds and stunning sonic reverberations, the single is a synesthetic hit that feels ready for radio and a field full of festival goers.

Fellow London producers WYTE LABL and Light Falls (formerly Attaque) provide remixes of the single, both who have taken different but equally successful directions with their reworks.

The upcoming video for ‘Catalyse’ was directed by award winning director, Price James (The Gossip, Friendly Fires, Peaches). Known for his in camera effects, we’re promised a video playing with the use of light and form in atomic proportions, that depicts stages of emotional growth from broken to confidently triumphant.

SUNS recently featured on Dan RobertsBBC Introducing London show, and will be performing as part the London Bridge City Summer Festival, also programmed by BBC Introducing, on June 8th.
