London Fashion Week can be extremely hectic – whether you’re a blogger running from show to show or a model walking in every show – so it’s a godsend when you hear there are places to keep you pampered and relaxed in between collection previews, one of them being the highly luxurious Grooming Room nestled in the Century Club, just off of Piccadilly circus. The Grooming Room also featured talks by industry experts, such as Heaven Skincare founder, Deborah Mitchell who created the acclaimed Bee Venom Mask.
Treatment providers included Eylure, who were providing complementary false strip lash application; Heaven skincare, pampering attendees with shellac manicures, eyebrow tinting and waxing in collaboration with London Lash & Brow; Sassoon, who perfected hair masterpieces; Hawkins & Brimble – there for the male guests providing haircuts and shaves; and finally, AOFM Pro, who offered guests mini makeovers. The event was covered by Hoxton Radio, providing background conversation and information throughout, and creating a buzzing environment for fashion lovers alike.
Guests included model/actress Camilla Rutherford, DJs/Presenters Charlotte de Carle and Arielle Free; Laura Pradelska (Game of Thrones); fashion entrepreneur and presenter Noelle Reno; Ashley James (Made in Chelsea), plus a steady stream of X-Factor contestants such as Betsy Blue-English and Freddy Parker, all who enjoyed the relaxing sessions, as well as tea, cocktails by CÎROC™ and delectable goody bags.
