Introducing: Arthur Fortune & ‘Passport’

I need a couple more stamps in my passport…

The mutant love child of Mac Miller and the StreetsMike Skinner has arrived, bringing minimal hip-hop beats and lyrics depicting both the brutality and banality of everyday life.

The auspiciously named Arthur Fortune has just dropped his latest single, entitled ‘Passport‘, which tells the amusing story of a shy young man trying to overcome his fears with the opposite sex.

Following on from ‘The Introduction‘ and ‘L.O.N‘, Fortune continues to combine his signature tongue-in-cheek style rhymes with the booming hip hop beats of 184 (Button Eyes).

‘Passport’ is a self conscious journey through the psyche of a desperate guy’s quest, and features the infamous ‘Yeah! Woo!’ sample on loop, found on a number of legendary hip hop tracks.

This is the third track from upcoming release, Last Day Of Summer, produced exclusively by 184. Expect more light hearted rap flows, strong folk and trap inspired beats, and creative low-fi videos.
