South London producer, Alex Arcoleo has just released his Angel EP – an electronic soundscape with cinematic appeal, and a sophisticated follow-up to 2019’s Underground Movements.
Arcoleo is an accomplished composer and producer who writes music for film and TV, in addition to his own releases, and is well-known for his remix of Alan Walker‘s ‘Alone’ – which has garnered over ten million streams to date – as well as his 2016 debut EP, Shadowtalk.
Inspired by key tastemakers, such as Floating Points, Caribou and Fourtet, Arcoleo has delivered a steady flow of dynamic work, and been featured on Radio 3 for his collaborations with Isobel Adderley and IIRIS.
Angel marks the third EP for this talented 26-year-old, with each track emulating a smooth sense of serenity, while being held together by delicately placed percussion and lashings of gracefully led melody at their core.
Alex Arcoleo’s Angel EP is out now.
